SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 12, 2026
1. Program description
Legacy by Lozano ("we", "us") operates a text messaging program that sends conversational and informational messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages may include quote follow-ups, document requests, appointment reminders, policy service notices, and replies to questions you send us.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the clearly labeled, unchecked-by-default SMS consent box on our quote or contact forms and submitting your mobile number, by texting us first, or by giving verbal or written consent to Meredith Lozano that we document. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any product or service. You must be at least 18 years old and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us — typically 2 to 6 messages per month, and more during an active quote or service request.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Check your plan for details.
5. Opting out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by calling (979) 451-5887, emailing info@LegacybyLozano.com, or using our message preferences page. Reply START to opt back in.
6. Getting help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (979) 451-5887 or info@LegacybyLozano.com during Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm CT.
7. Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy and your mobile data
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging platform providers, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy for full details.
9. Changing your number
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please notify us so we do not message someone who has not consented.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance.
